General Assembly 12th June 2007

The 2^nd General Assembly of the European Photovoltaic Technology Platform took place in the International Conference Centre, in Berlin, on 12^th June 2007.

Representative of the EU Institutions as well as of the German Federal Ministries addressed the opening speech. We expect a participation of 500 PV sector stakeholders to this meeting, amongst others leading personalities from the research institutions and CEOs from Europe’s leading PV companies, as well as members of the European Parliament, the European Commission and the German Federal Ministries.

After 2 years of operation, the EU PV Technology Platform will present its achievements of this period. This event will give you a complete overview of the current situation of the PV sector, including issues such as EU and national policies, market development, an update on research and technology (with the presentation of the Strategic Research Agenda) and addressing the subject of PV in developing countries.
